| wish you a speedy recovery! Was a sad day when you went down. I can't begin to tell you how much fun I had watching you play. No matter where the ball was you would come flying out of somewhere to try n get a piece of the ball or the person with the ball and THAT is what makes you one of the best. I do hope one day whether on the field playing, or on the field officiating that I get to see you back on that field! I wore your jersey last Sunday even though you weren't playing you were in my heart. I wish you the best with wherever life brings you. Thank you so much for being a Patriot you will always be one of the bests to me! Kat |

| Rodney, You were and will always be The Man. I loved watching your hard hits and enthusiastic play over the time you were on the Pats. Hell I even liked you on the but instead of someone like you we got YOU. If your playing days are over I wish you the best in all you do and hope to see you on the field either as a ref or as a Pats secondary coach in the future. Get well soon Rodney, we'll miss seeing that number 37 in the backfield putting the lumber on some fool trying to go across the middle. Joseph E. Goulart |

| You are, hands down, my favorite athlete of can all say what they want about you being dirty or whatever garbage they say, but your fans know the real Rodney: a classy, strong, intense, and faith-filled leader who inspires on and off the field. Your perseverance has been an inspiration to me, and I can tell that you strive to be a great role model. Sports today is sorely in need of more like you; in fact, the world would be better off with more like you. It has been my honor to watch you in the Patriots uniform, and I cannot wait to see what you future holds. You and your family are in my prayers, for both a speedy recovery and a happy future. Thank you number 37, for being a great player, role model, and all-around man. Thomas Leary |

| First of all I wanted to say how much of a really you. We have been to a few of your signings around the area and I have to tell you that the latest one we went to at the First of all I wanted to say how much of a fan my wife and I are of the Patriots but really you. We have been to a few of your signings around the area and I have to tell you that the latest one we went to at the Rockingham Mall just blew our minds, we managed to get the first tickets in line with help from Bill at Nashua Sports and my kids which seems to be as a person as well. I am sure you see so many people and can't remember them all but what it meant me and my family was enormous. Bill from nashua sports was probably pretty sick of our phone calls, but it was well worth it. I only hope that someday we will be able to get a photo with you, my wife and I felt to bad to ask you since you were hurt at the time. Well we miss you on the field and really hope to see you back next season. Unlike most athletes including some on the patriots, you're a great role model and really glad to see this website. | Rodney, I've been a big football fan all my life. Taught to love the game by my grandfather who was a friend of the legendary coach Bear Bryant of Alabama. I want to let you know that you are my all time favorite player! You are smart, articulate, a true "team player". Plus I must say, "quite yummy looking". I know as do many others that people confuse your intense passion of playing your position as being a "dirty player". Nothing could be futher from the truth. I will truly miss watching you play in a Patriot's uniform, and wish Bill B. would call you back into action. no matter what, I wish you luck in all your endeavors and would love to see you as a commentator. I thank you for those last 2 championships! Melanie McGinty |

| Dear Rodney, I want to thank you for being my favorite football player ever. I admired you when you were on the Chargers, and I always wished you could be a Patriot. The day that actually happened was the happiest, most exciting day of my entire NFL fandom! You are the most exciting player I have ever watched. Watching you leave everything you had out there on the field, week after week, terrorizing opposing offenses, and putting your whole heart and soul into your game, was a pleasure and an honor. I will miss you playing, and I actually cried when I heard you retired, but I'm so happy for you that you're leaving the game strong and healthy so you can be an active father and family man. I look forward to watching you on TV as an analyst, and I hope you stay in the public eye for a long, long time. (Maybe come back and be a coach for the Patriots somewhere down the line???? That would be beautiful.) Best of luck to you and your family!! My favorite memory of you will always be your first Superbowl win, seeing you with one arm in a sling, the other raised in victory, walking through all the falling confetti. I still get tears in my eyes when I look at that picture. Take care, Rodney! Much love to you! Jeannie DeDominici |

As a disabled veteran, I, too, have had good days and bad days, but have kept pushing myself to get better and be the father my kids need me to be. You have my best wishes for a long and successful career in broadcasting, and a happy and prosperous life with your family. Respects, Tim Kindred |
